Lost footage

What if there was some lost test footage from an unmade version of the Star Wars prequels that never got made?
Things that went into making this look old:
Lift black levels considerably (although I'd do this for any piece tbh)
White and black dust
Matte lines resulting from misaligned optical composites
Separate elements drift a bit despite the "motion controlled photography"
Quite a lot of blur applied to create a very soft image
