Greyfriars-Grosvenor

First couple of paintings from a new series I've got playing around in my mind.
I'm drawing inspiration from two sources: my memories of the dull yet oddly futuristic underground corridors connecting the bus station to the shopping centre of my home town Northampton. This was in the late 1970s to mid 1980s. the second source is Simon Stalenhag because I'm a total Stalenhag fanboy. Probably because he nails that bleak, forlorn retro look that I seem to be pining for these days.
This is 3D with a **lot** of over painting - certainly more time spent in Photoshop than Maya, so I'm not sure how to categorize it.
